Cost Components — What is Typically Included in a Full-Arch Quote
Disclaimer: This is pricing research, not clinical advice. Inclusion varies by provider. Always ask for itemized written treatment plan.
- Consultation & Imaging: CBCT, photos, scans — sometimes free, sometimes $150-$350.
- Surgery: 4 implants (or more), surgical guide, anesthesia (local vs IV sedation). IV sedation often billed separately.
- Extractions: If needed, $75-$200 per tooth, often $500-$1200 total for full arch.
- Bone graft / sinus lift: All-on-4 often avoids graft by tilting posterior implants, but not always. $1200-$3000 when needed.
- Temporary prosthesis: Fixed acrylic same day (where protocol allows) — often included.
- Final prosthesis: Zirconia vs acrylic. Zirconia more durable, often $2000-$5000 more than acrylic. Our base assumes zirconia where stated.
- Follow-ups: Adjustments, soft relines during healing.
- What is often NOT included: Sedation, grafting, extractions, final upgrades, warranties.
